The Northants Buddhist Meditation Centre is an independent centre following the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. Anyone with an interest in Buddhism or who is just seeking to learn about meditation is welcome to attend. The regular weekly programme consists of guided or silent meditation, readings from a Buddhist text and Chenrezig Puja on the last Monday of each month.
