Zen Garland of Sussex County meets every Thursday @ 7:00 PM for Zazen along with personal and group instruction from our teacher Roshi Genmitsu.
We also have Zazen and book study on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM. Sunday morning practice is lead by senior students.
